Changes to Routing Number

  • I don’t understand what caused the routing number change, or when it happened. What do I need to know?
  • You’ve asked me to update a linked account that I no longer use. What do I need to do?
  • Has the ABA routing number change caused me to miss any recent deposits or transfers?
  • I received an email/text/push notification regarding transactions using an “old” routing number. What do I need to do?
  • Why did my routing number change?
  • Who is Bancorp?
  • When was I notified about this change?
  • How will the change from WSFS to The Bancorp Bank impact me?
  • With the routing number change to Bancorp, what do I need to do?
  • What if I have direct deposit set up with SoFi Money?
  • What if I have checks with SoFi Money; when will I receive a new checkbook with my new routing number?
  • What if I don't have checks with SoFi Money, and haven't set up any connected accounts (i.e. haven't provided my routing number to any billers)?
  • What if you can't get in touch with any of my billers to update my routing number?
  • My bank/employer/biller does not recognize the new routing number. What should I do?
  • When I enter the new routing number at my employer/biller/bank, it says "The Bancorp Bank." Is that you?
  • Will I lose any features or benefits that I currently have with SoFi Money due to the change to Bancorp?
  • Can I opt out of this change & continue to stay on my current Wilmington Savings Fund Society (WSFS) routing number?
  • What is (and where can I find) my new routing number?
  • I was recently asked to switch from my Visa card to the new Mastercard. Now I am being asked to switch my routing number. Why all the changes?
