What if I enter the wrong payment handle or send money to the wrong person? (International recipient)

If the payment handle you enter doesn’t exist, the payment won’t go through. But if it matches a real handle, even by mistake, the money will be sent and can’t be reversed.

We’re not able to recover funds sent to the wrong payment handle, so it’s important to double-check the recipient’s details before you send the payment.
