You can delete a closed account from the SoFi app by following the directions listed below.
1. Login to your SoFi profile
2. Navigate to the profile image at the top left on the Home screen
3. Click on the My information tab.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the My information tab and click on the Delete account button.
Please note that your account(s) must be closed before you are able to delete the account from the SoFi app.
- Closed accounts are defined as having no outstanding balance.
Additionally, you may not have any existing open loan applications or outstanding loan balances with us when requesting to delete your account from the SoFi app.
