Why are my options through Lantern expired?
If you filled out the form and did not select an option, the option will expire after enough time has passed.
In order to move forward with an option, you will need to fill out the form again and select an option presented within 30 days of filling out the questionnaire.
I'm having issues with the Lantern verification code.
Try using the phone's browser to get to LanternCredit.com instead of using the link through the email. This might make it easier to navigate between the email and the browser.
