How do I unenroll from the Student Loan Payment Verification Program?
If unenrollment is available for your benefit, you may see the option to unenroll directly from your At Work Dashboard.
If your dashboard shows Unenrollment: Unavailable, you will need to contact your employer to unenroll from the benefit.
When does the Student Loan Payment Verification period end?
The length of the verification period is determined by your employer.
My Student Loan Payment Verification period has ended. What do I do next?
If your benefit period has ended, make sure all payments made during that period have been added and reflected correctly.
After the period closes, SoFi sends the verified payment data to your employer, who uses that information to determine whether you may qualify for a potential 401(k) match.
