The Student Loan Contribution Program allows SoFi and participating employers to make contributions toward an employee’s eligible student loan.
Please note: these contributions are additional payments and do not replace the regular monthly payment you are required to make on your loan.
What is the Student Loan Contribution Program?
This benefit helps eligible employees receive employer-sponsored contributions toward a qualified student loan.
How do I sign up for the Student Loan Contribution Program?
You can enroll online through your SoFi At Work Dashboard.
How do I get my enrollment link for the Student Loan Contribution Program?
You can use the enrollment link provided by SoFi At Work to begin registration and connect your eligible loan information.
I received an email to reverify my loan for my Student Loan Employer Contribution Program. How do I do that?
If you receive a re-verification request, log in to your SoFi account connected to your Student Loan Contribution benefit and update your loan information.
What if my loan becomes disconnected?
If your status shows Disconnected, it usually means your Plaid connection has been lost or your most recently uploaded loan statement is more than 1 year old.
To continue receiving the benefit, go to the Student Loan Contribution section of your At Work Dashboard and select Reconnect. If reconnect is not available, you will need to manually add your loan information again.
