You can expect to receive your SoFi Credit Card within 7 to 10 business days after your application is approved.

For Primary Cardholders [Dropdown]:
- Activate your SoFi Credit Card through the SoFi mobile app.
- Go to the Credit Card tab, tap Activate Card, and confirm your card by entering the 3-digit CVC number found on the back.
For Authorized Users [Dropdown]:
Authorized users should call 844-948-7634 to activate their card(s). If calling from the phone number linked to the primary member’s account, they can use the automated system. Otherwise, a SoFi agent will assist with activation.

Your first account billing statement will be generated approximately 30 days after your account is opened. Your first statement will be available within the SoFi mobile app.

- Mobile app: Go to the Credit Card section, select Statements, and choose the month you want to view.
- Web dashboard: On your Credit Card tile, click the View statement link, then select the statement you wish to view.
