For certain incoming crypto transfers, you may be asked to provide details about the source of funds. Specifically, you’ll need to confirm:
- Where the transfer is coming from
- Who sent the transfer
To submit this information:
- Log in to your SoFi Crypto account
- Go to Account Activity and select the transfer marked Action Required
- Answer the required questions and submit your responses
Once submitted, SoFi will review the information. If approved, the transfer will be completed shortly.
