Each financial institution may not support providing data on all accounts types. Occasionally some accounts will show the balance but no transactions or possibly an entire account may not be provided. Your financial institution may also have security settings that define how your financial data is shared and may allow you to select which accounts to allow data sharing with. Go to their site to review any settings. If there are no settings available, you may contact your financial institution directly.
Additionally, you may go to 'Manage Accounts' and ensure your accounts and/or balances are not marked as 'hidden'.
