How do I sync with Plaid?

- You will be presented with a list of student loan servicers that are currently supported by Plaid.
- If your servicer is supported by Plaid, please select “Yes, it is”.
- Selecting “No, it isn’t” will take you to our manual upload page.
- You will be presented with a pop-up from Plaid.
- Select “Get Started”
- Select Your Servicer
- Once you select your servicer, you will be asked to enter your login credentials for the selected servicer account.
- Once you have successfully logged in, your loan(s) will start to sync, once complete you will be able to select which loans you wish to add or remove.
