Once your new SoFi checking account is successfully opened you can expect to receive your SoFi Mastercard debit card in about 7-10 business days (holidays may affect time frames). Please note: If you have a Smart Card a debit card would NOT be automatically issued upon account opening, please contact us if you need to request a debit card for your Checking & Savings account.
If you haven't received your SoFi debit card by the 10th business day, we ask that you order a replacement by following the steps below:
- Selecting 'Card is missing' from your SoFi Banking homepage.
- Or, by selecting the 'Gear' icon on your SoFi Banking homepage and then 'Debit card.'
Recipients of the 'Refer The App' promo that successfully open a SoFi checking account must fund their account with $1 or more to receive the SoFi debit card. Once the funding requirement is met, the member can expect to receive their SoFi debit card in 7-10 business days (holidays may affect time frames).
