Additionally, a P2P transfer or referral/promo cashback does not fulfill the funding requirement. You must fund your account via a bank transfer or a mobile check deposit.
If you have fulfilled the funding requirement, and you haven't received your SoFi Money debit card by the 10th business day, we ask that you order a replacement by following the steps below:
- Selecting 'Card is missing' from your SoFi Money homepage
- Or, by selecting the 'More' icon on your SoFi Money homepage and then 'Debit card.'
