Freezing your SoFi Smart card is not a notification that your card is lost or stolen, or that there have been unauthorized transactions. It's simply a way to prevent new transactions from being made until you find your card.
- Log into your account and select the Smart Card tab from your banking homepage.
- Click on the 'Gear' icon
- Select “Your card’
- To freeze, toggle the 'Freeze Card' switch
- A Pop-Up will appear and advise what happens when you freeze your 'Smart Card', to complete and freeze select 'Freeze my card'
- To unfreeze your SoFi Smart card, toggle the 'Freeze card' switch again
