On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, SoFi Crypto is launching the Bitcoin Sweepstakes, running through Saturday, January 31, 2026, with a prize of one (1) Bitcoin (BTC).
Prizes:
- One (1) Grand Prize - The winner will receive one (1) Bitcoin (BTC), deposited into their SoFi Crypto account.
Who is eligible?
The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Social Finance, LLC ("SoFi") and Realtime Media LLC, including their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win.
How do I enter?
To enter, you must complete two phases: a Sign Up Phase and an Entry Phase.
- Sign Up Phase: From October 15, 2025, to November 30, 2025, you must visit the Waitlist Site at https://www.sofi.com/signup/crypto-waitlist, submit your email address, and join the SoFi Crypto waitlist.
- Entry Phase: After joining the waitlist, you'll receive an email notification that SoFi Crypto Accounts are available. From December 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, follow the instructions in the email to sign up for a new SoFi Crypto account at https://www.sofi.com/crypto. Creating an account is free.
After creating your account during the Entry Phase, you can enter the sweepstakes using one of two methods:
- Complete Three Qualifying Transactions: Initiate and complete three (3) separate transactions of at least $10 each by January 31, 2026. This will give you one entry.
- Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In): To enter without making a qualifying transaction, hand-print your full name, state of residence, email address, and age on a 3x5 inch paper. Mail the entry to: Realtime Media, Attn: SoFi Bitcoin Giveaway Entry (11679), 2460 General Armistead Ave, STE 209, West Norriton, PA 19403. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2026, and received by February 7, 2026.
There is a limit of one entry per person regardless of the entry method.
When will this happen?
The sweepstakes runs from October 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. ET to January 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
How is the winner selected?
One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by the Administrator on or about February 9, 2026.
What is the prize?
The prize is one (1) Bitcoin. The approximate retail value (ARV) is $116,431.71 will be based on the market value as of October 1, 2025. The prize will be deposited into the winner's SoFi Crypto account approximately three to four weeks after winner verification.
How will I know if I won?
Our third party sweeps agency Real-Time Media will reach out via email (To the email address used to create the SoFi Crypto account) to confirm eligibility.
The potential winner will be notified by email using the information associated with their SoFi Crypto account. The notification will be sent in a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. The potential winner must complete and return a prize redemption form and a declaration of eligibility within four days of the notification date. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
