Follow the steps below to complete a transfer into SoFi Crypto from an external wallet
1. Within your SoFi Crypto account, select Transfer
2. Select Receive
3. Click on the cryptocurrency you want to receive
Note: Not all cryptocurrencies can be transferred into your SoFi Crypto account at this time. Only those listed on the receive screen are currently eligible
4. From here, scan the QR code or copy the wallet address shown
5. Use this unique wallet address at your external exchange or wallet to send the funds to
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Each cryptocurrency has its own unique wallet address. Please double-check to ensure that you are transferring the intended cryptocurrency to its respective wallet and via the correct network. I.e. you cannot transfer Bitcoin to an Ethereum wallet
Some cryptocurrencies, like Stellar (XLM) may require a memo tag, which will be shown in the Receive screen below the address. For these assets, please be sure to use both the address and the memo tag
