- Insufficient funds: If you paid for your SoFi Plus subscription using your SoFi Checking account and didn't have enough funds to cover the $10 subscription fee, your membership will be canceled. To resume your membership, ensure you have sufficient funds in your SoFi Checking account. Please note that the funds must be in your SoFi Checking account, not your SoFi Savings account.
- Card failure: If you paid with a debit or credit card that was declined, your membership will be canceled. To resume your membership, please contact your card provider or use another card.
