Start by checking the Activity section of your checking account. You’ll see the final exchange rate that was locked in and the exact amount your recipient was expected to receive. You’ll also see that the network fee was applied and deducted from that amount. We’ll email you a confirmation receipt with the same details.
Next, ask your recipient to confirm how much was deposited into their bank account. The amount may differ slightly from the initial estimate if the exchange rate changed before you completed the payment.
If the amount they received doesn’t match what’s shown in your Activity or email, contact us and we’ll take a closer look.
