- Login to SoFi with your email address and password.
- Next, you’ll be prompted to select a new 2FA method: phone or Verify with ID instead.
- Select Verify with ID instead, you’ll be prompted to:
- Take a picture of your ID (front and back).
- Take a selfie.
- Once complete you’ll be prompted to change your 2FA method.
