To access your Member Rate Discounts, for a Personal Loan, Student Loan Refinance, or Private Parent Student Loan, you must meet at least one of the following eligibility criteria within 31 days of your loan funding:
- Be a SoFi Plus member
- Receive an Eligible Direct Deposit into a SoFi Checking or Savings account
- Receive at least $5,000 in Qualifying Deposits into a SoFi Checking or Savings account
If you don’t meet at least one of the above eligibility criteria within 31 days of funding these select loans, you won’t be eligible for the discount, and it can’t be applied retroactively.
Please note:
- You MUST continue to meet at least one of the above eligibility criteria every 31 days to keep your discount. Once you become eligible during the initial period, the discount will be removed or reinstated depending on whether the criteria have been met.
- The funded loan MUST be on the same SoFi profile where you meet the above eligibility criteria. If they are each on separate SoFi profiles, the discount will NOT be applied.
