Yes! However, at this time, we only allow for outgoing wires to be sent for home purchases. We accept incoming wires from any domestic institution (Note: initiating bank fees may apply).
To initiate an outgoing wire transfer, contact us. Please note the following:
- Outgoing wire transfers at SoFi are approved on an exception basis.
- The beneficiary of any approved outgoing wire CANNOT be a person.
- The following criteria must be met for the transfer to be approved:
- The purpose of the wire is for Home purchase/settlement
All outgoing wire requests must be received by 3:30 PM ET for same-day processing. Once a outgoing wire request has been submitted, know that the SoFi Member Security team will contact you and the recipient of your wire request to ensure security. If we are unable to make these additional contacts, your wire request may be delayed.

Beneficiary Account #: SoFi Member Account # starting with 310, 410, or 411.
Beneficiary Account Name: SoFi Member Name (Note: Exactly as it appears on your SoFi account profile, Example: Steven instead of Steve or Robert instead of Rob/ Bob etc.)
Beneficiary Address: SoFi Member Address (Note: Exactly as it appears on your SoFi account profile)

SoFi receives inbound wire requests from 7:30 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST for all business days (excluding federal holidays).
International wires are not accepted.
To view the above information within the app, follow the steps below:
- Log into your SoFi app.
- Select the ‘Banking’ tab
- Select ‘Transfer’ then ‘Wire Transfer’
Successful inbound wires will be visible in the 'transactions' section of your SoFi Checking & Savings homepage.
