I tried to pay a bill and can't find the biller on the SoFi Checking account 'Set Up Bill Pay' list.

Please try entering the full name of the biller, including spelling out abbreviations.

For example: "PG&E" try typing "Pacific Gas & Electric."

If you don't see the bill payee you anticipated, select the "Send a physical check" option and enter the payee details manually.
