Freezing your SoFi debit card is not a notification that your card is lost or stolen, or that there have been unauthorized transactions. It's simply a way to prevent new transactions from being made until you find your card.
- Log into your SoFi account
- Click on the "Banking" tab
- Select Checking account and click on the "more" icon
- Select "Debit Card"
- To freeze, toggle the "Freeze Card" switch
- A Pop-Up will appear and advise what happens when you freeze your "Debit Card", to complete and freeze select "Freeze my card"
- To unfreeze your SoFi debit card, toggle the "Freeze card" switch again
