Freezing your SoFi debit card is not a notification that your card is lost or stolen, or that there have been unauthorized transactions. It's simply a way to prevent new transactions from being made until you find your card.
- Log into your SoFi account
- Click on the 'Banking' tab
- Select Checking account and click on the 'Gear' icon
- Select 'Debit Card'
- To freeze, toggle the 'Freeze Card' switch
- A Pop-Up will appear and advise what happens when you freeze your 'Debit Card', to complete and freeze select 'Freeze my card'
- To unfreeze your SoFi debit card, toggle the 'Freeze card' switch again
