Once an account is fully opened, approved, and funded, you will receive a SoFi debit card within 7-10 business days. This goes for both joint users on the account. If you originally had an individual account and then added a joint user, a SoFi debit card will be sent to the joint user at the time of approval and acceptance.
If you need to order a new SoFi debit card, this can be done via your SoFi Checking homepage under the ‘Gear’ icon and then selecting the 'Debit card' section.
