Mobile App
- Select Banking from the home screen.
- On the 'Activity Detail' screen, select 'Cancel Deposit'.
- On the 'Confirm Cancelation' screen, select 'Confirm and cancel deposit.'
- Once the transaction is confirmed as canceled, select 'Done.'
Web Browser
- In the 'Transactions' section, select 'Cancel.' (For example, the ACH transaction is a deposit.)
- On the 'Confirm Cancellation' screen select, 'Confirm and cancel deposit.'
- Once the deposit cancel is confirmed, click 'Done.'
- The 'Transactions' screen will now show the ACH as canceled.
Please note, your cancellation request must be made within 72 hours of your transaction.
