How do I know that I have received my paycheck?
You can access your paycheck as soon as it’s posted to your account. Be sure to opt into push notifications so you’re notified every time you get paid. We’ll also email you the first time your funds arrive early (it’s an exciting moment!). You can access your paycheck as soon as it’s posted to your account.
I have set up direct deposit but my paycheck is not arriving early. What should I do?
Early access to direct deposit funds works when SoFi receives payment instructions submitted by your employer or payer. SoFi Money makes the funds available as soon as we receive their notification (which is often up to 2 days early, but may vary). The exact timing ultimately depends on your employer or payroll service provider.
Chat with us if you still think there might be issues. Note that not everyone is paid two days early.
