Once you sign your Approval Packet, we may complete additional verification steps to help ensure your funds are secure and sent to the correct account. If we’re unable to verify the account, we’ll ask you to provide documentation before we can move forward with funding your loan.
If you don’t have a physical voided check, or if you’re using a personal savings account, you can upload a Bank Verification Letter from your bank or credit union instead. The letter must be dated within the last 60 days and include your name, bank name, routing number, full account number, and whether the account is a checking or savings account.
