If you recently scheduled a loan payment, you may be able to cancel it online through your SoFi account by opening your loan and reviewing your scheduled payments.
Personal Loan
For Personal Loans, the cutoff time depends on the payment type:
- Autopay: by the calendar day before the payment is scheduled to run
- One-time ACH payment: by 6:00 PM PST
Private Student Loan and Student Loan Refinance
For Private Student Loan and Student Loan Refinance:
- If you need to change, suspend, or cancel autopay, you can manage that through your SoFi account or contact SoFi Student Loan Servicing for assistance.
- Please note that changes to autopay typically take up to 24 hours to update.
