SoFi App:
- Open the SoFi app.
- Tap your profile icon (or photo) in the top left corner.
- Select “My Info.”
- Review your personal information.
- Tap “Edit” or “Add” to update the information you are able to change.
SoFi Website:
- Go to the SoFi website and log in.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select “Settings.”
- Scroll to “My Info.”
- Review and update your personal information as needed.
You can manage personal information such as your home and/or mailing address, email address, phone number, career, and education information.

Please note: It may take 2–3 cycles for your name to be fully removed from mailing lists due to pre-printed materials. This means you may receive 1-2 more mailings before you are fully out of the system.
