You have the ability to instantly lock and unlock your SoFi Credit Card directly from the app or website. Freezing your card is a great way to prevent unauthorized transactions if your card is misplaced. Unfreezing it is just as fast when you are ready to use it again.
Using the Mobile App:
- Go to the Credit Card tab.
- Select Manage Card.
- Use the toggle switch to Freeze or Unfreeze your card.
Using the SoFi Website:
- On your Credit Card tile, click the Manage Card link.
- Use the toggle switch to Freeze or Unfreeze your card.
How to Find Your Account Number:
- Using the Mobile App:
- Go to the Credit Card tab.
- Select Manage Card.
- Choose View Account Details to see your full account number.
- Using the SoFi Website:
- On your Credit Card tile, click Manage Card.
- Select View Account Details.
SoFi Credit Card Expiration Date:
The expiration date (MM/YY) for your SoFi Credit Card is printed on the back of your physical card. This date is also available within the View Account Details section on the app or website.
If your SoFi Credit Card is damaged, lost, or stolen, it is important to notify us immediately.
How to Get a Replacement SoFi Credit Card:
- Report the Issue: Contact SoFi customer support immediately via phone or chat to report your card as lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Order a New Card: A SoFi agent will help you cancel your current card and order a new one.
- Timeline: You can generally expect to receive your replacement card within 7 to 10 business days.
A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required for cash advances and some transactions at chip-enabled terminals, especially outside of the United States. You can easily set or update your PIN at any time.
How to Set or Update Your PIN:
- Login to your SoFi Profile through the SoFi app or website.
- Navigate to Card Management:
- SoFi App: Tap the gear icon at the top of the screen, then tap Your Card.
- SoFi Website: Click More in the navigation menu, then click Manage Card.
- Update PIN: Select the option to Update PIN or Reset your PIN.
- Save PIN: Enter and re-enter your desired 4-digit PIN and tap Save.
