I entered the wrong bank account information (or I made an error when entering my bank account number), how can I fix this?
- Log into your SoFi account and click on "Missing Information".
- Click on the blue "Back" icon in the bottom left (not the browser back button).
- The "Let's Link Your Bank Account" page should appear.
- Select "Enter Account and Routing Details".
- Enter the desired new bank account number/information and then click "Next".
- The "Your Account Has Been Linked" page should appear, click "Next".
- On the "Would you like to enroll in AutoPay?" page, select "Yes" or "No".
- If "Yes" or "No" was selected, you should see a confirmation "Sit Tight" page.
- That's it your bank information has been updated.
