Sorry about that! This is a known issue when logging into your SoFi Invest account via desktop (web browser) and we're working diligently to correct it.
However, please understand if the button is not visible it means you do not currently have any funds to transfer. In the future you can confirm your withdrawable cash-on-hand balance by following these steps:
- From your Invest homepage select 'More'
- Scroll down to 'Withdrawable Cash'
- Review the 'Available balance'
Also, please note, you may withdraw using the mobile app in the meantime.
- From your Invest homepage, select the account you are looking to withdraw from.
- Select ‘Manage’.
- Select ‘Withdraw’, and follow the prompts to complete the withdraw.
