Ok, is this dispute related to a P2P (person to person) transfer?
If Yes: If the P2P transfer was made to a non-member and is still pending pick up, simply log into your SoFi Money cash management account and locate the P2P under 'Scheduled transactions.' Then select 'Cancel Payment.'
If the P2P transfer was already accepted or made to another SoFi Money member, we will not be able to cancel it and suggest reaching out to that person in regard to the payment.
