How do I update the home and/or mailing address on my account?

To update your information, simply log into your SoFi account via the SoFi website or Mobile App! 

 

On the Mobile App:

 

  1. Click on your Profile Icon in the top left corner


  2. Select Profile from the menu


  3. Go to the Contact Info section and click Edit to update your address in the appropriate field (Home Address or Mailing Address)
  4. Scroll down and click Save

 

Note: This field requires a physical address.

P.O. Boxes are not accepted but can be added to the mailing address field.

Congrats! You have successfully updated your home/mailing address! 

 

 

On the SoFi website:

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Click on your name in the top right corner, and select “My Profile”

  3. Locate the Contact Info section and click the Edit link

4. Update your address in the appropriate field (Home address or Mailing Address). Then, click Save.
