How do I change the email address on my account?

To update your information, simply log into your SoFi account via the SoFi website or Mobile App! 

  1. Click the Profile icon at the top left and select My Info
  2. Click Edit next to your email and follow the steps provided to verify your identity
  3. Enter your email address and click Save

  1. Click on the Profile icon at the top right and select My Profile. 
  2. Locate the Contact Info section and click Edit
  3. Click Change Email Address and follow the steps provided to verify your identity
  4. Enter your email address and click Save
