If you notice suspicious activity, you can freeze your card right away from the SoFi web or mobile app under “More” and contact us as soon as possible!
If you find fraudulent activity on your cash management account, you’re also covered by the Mastercard Zero Liability policy (https://www.sofi.com/legal/#money). See our Debit Card Agreement and Error Resolution Disclosure which secures our commitment that you won’t be held responsible for unauthorized or erroneous card transactions as long as you report them to us no later than sixty (60) days after the first statement on which the problem or error occurred was made available. Lost or stolen debit cards must be reported within 2 business days.
