Due to the exceptionally high demand for our experiences, we charge a refundable deposit to guarantee your spot – it’s our little way of preventing no-shows.
If you registered on the SoFi app, you will not be charged the deposit amount unless you do not show up to the Experience.
If you registered on Eventbrite, you will be charged a deposit upfront, which will be refunded after you check-in at the experience.
You will receive an email noting that your refund is in process within 48 hours after the experience. If you attended an experience but are not refunded or charged a no-show fee, please contact the membership team at experiences@sofi.com.
