If you see an Experience is sold out on the SoFi app, simply click into the Experience and select ‘Join waitlist’ to add you and your guest (if any) to the list. If a ticket becomes available, you will be automatically added to the guest list and notified via email.
If you can no longer attend the Experience, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so they can release your ticket to the next member in line. If you’re registering on Eventbrite, there is an option to add yourself and a guest to the waitlist once the Experience is sold out. If you do not see an option to join the waitlist, email email@example.com.
