I tried to pay a bill and can't find the biller on the Set Up Bill Pay list.

Please try entering the full name of the biller, including spelling out abbreviations.

For example: "PG&E" try typing "Pacific Gas & Electric."

If that isn't working for you select the "Send a physical check" option and enter the payee details manually.
