After final documents have been signed and a three (3) day rescission period has passed, we will send the funds to your current loan servicers. Within 7-10 days from signing, a welcome email will be sent to you and will explain the process for setting up your online account to begin and follow the repayment of your loan.
If you have already completed the AutoPay form, your account will be set up to automatically deduct your payments from your designated bank account. If you have not yet set up AutoPay and would like to, you can do so once you have set up your MOHELA account. If your loan is serviced through SoFi, you can set up AutoPay by logging into your SoFi account.
