A Co-Applicant and Co-Borrower are the same; once the loan is funded, the Co-Applicant becomes a Co-Borrower, and both are equally responsible for the loan.
A Cosigner (common for student loans or mortgages) is liable for repayment but does not sign the loan agreement itself but will sign the Cosigner Addendum
