Absolutely. Once you create your joint account during onboarding, the secondary account holder will receive an email at an email address you provide with instructions on how to complete their profile and how to accept the account agreement. This will be required for the account to be approved. If the secondary account holder cannot locate the email, have them go to SoFi.com and then select “Create Account.” Then, they’ll just need to enter the email address provided for them to finish setting up their profile.
