I'm seeing a prompt in my Student Loan Verification dashboard telling me that I'm missing some loan information for my benefit year. Why is this happening?

If you are missing Plaid synced loans for your 2024 Student Loan Verification, you should see action items on your dashboard that look similar to the screenshot below. 

Ensure you follow the prompts attached to complete your enrollment.
