If you’re using direct deposit for SoFi Plus, remove or stop your direct deposit through your employer’s HR portal to cancel.
Once your direct deposit access expires (this can take up to 75 days, but usually shorter), you’ll receive an email saying your SoFi Plus membership has ended and you no longer have access to all of your Plus benefits.
If you’re paying for SoFi Plus and want to cancel:
- Log in to your SoFi account in the app or on the website.
- Tap the Plus icon at the top of your Home page.
- Select the gear icon ⚙️ or go to your Profile icon.
- Select Membership & Rewards.
- Select the gear icon⚙️.
If you cancel within your billing cycle, you’ll keep your benefits until it ends.
