If you are the primary account holder you can remove your authorized user on your mobile app, go to your credit card home page, tap the "more" tab, tap "edit" on the top of your screen, and tap on the "X" next to the name of the user you would like to remove.
Authorized users must call (844)-945-SOFI(7634) to request to be removed from the account.
